Streamlogic is joining Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK 2026, Asia’s flagship fintech event. It runs November 2–6 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and other venues, bringing together 45,000+ leaders, 1,000+ speakers and representatives from 120+ economies.
As part of the week, Alex Dzenisionak, Co-Founder of Streamlogic, is hosting an online side event on a question many financial institutions are facing right now: the AI pilot looked promising, so why isn’t it running in the business yet?
The Session: From AI Pilots to Profitable Financial Workflows
Financial institutions are investing in AI, but turning a promising pilot into a dependable business workflow is still hard. Connecting AI to existing systems, working with company knowledge, controlling access, handling exceptions and keeping humans in the loop all require careful engineering.
In this practical session, we’ll walk through a realistic financial operations workflow. You’ll see how AI can process information across systems, flag exceptions and support decisions, without removing the controls financial organizations depend on.
What the Session Covers
- How to identify financial workflows where AI can deliver measurable business value
- How to connect company knowledge, data and existing business systems
- How to design human approval, access controls, auditability and recovery from failures
- How to evaluate a pilot and decide whether it is ready for production
- How to build a roadmap from a single workflow to broader operational adoption
The session includes a worked example, implementation guidance and time for audience questions.
Who Should Come
Fintech founders, financial-services executives, CTOs, heads of AI and data, and operations leaders who want to move beyond experimentation and put AI to work in real business processes.
What You’ll Leave With
A practical framework for choosing your first workflow, defining success criteria and reducing the risk of moving AI into production.
