Streamlogic is heading to AI Summit Barcelona, which runs September 22–23 at WTC Barcelona with 10,000+ builders from across Europe.
As part of AI Week Barcelona, Alex Dzenisionak, Co-Founder of Streamlogic, is hosting a side event on a problem most companies run into after their first wave of AI pilots: the demo worked, the business case made sense, and then nothing happened.
The Session: From AI Experiments to Production
Most organisations have already answered “should we use AI?” The harder question is where exactly to deploy it, and how to get from pilot to production in 90 days.
This is a 90-minute working session. You’ll bring one of your own business processes, work it through a structured framework, and leave with a concrete plan.
What You’ll Do
- Identify real business pain: map a process that is broken, slow or expensive, and pinpoint where AI creates genuine operational impact
- Draw the line between AI work and human work: decide what AI should do and what people should keep doing, since this is where most deployments fail
- Assess what’s actually required: data, systems, integrations and governance, the checklist that separates “we could do this” from “we can do this”
- Prioritise: score opportunities by business value, technical feasibility and organisational readiness, then cut the ones that don’t pass
- Build a 90-day action plan: decide what happens in weeks 1–2, what happens in month 2, and what to measure by day 90
Who Should Come
- CDOs, CIOs and CTOs who have approved AI initiatives and need a way to decide where they create measurable outcomes
- Heads of AI who are closing the gap between what their team has proven and what the business actually adopts
- Product and operations executives who own the workflows AI is supposed to improve
- Innovation and transformation leads responsible for getting AI initiatives past the pilot stage
