Product development that gets smarter every sprint

Hybrid engineering teams - developers working alongside privately hosted intelligent system that carries your business context, industry practices, and lessons from past deliveries, so your advantage compounds every sprint

What takes most teams a quarter, we ship in weeks

/01
Why It Matters

Hiring a full engineering team to build your product takes 3-6 months and $40-60K/month before a single feature ships. There's a structural reason software is slow and expensive to build: every engineer needs weeks to absorb your domain, users behavior, and business logic, but then they spend effort on something they coded one hundred times.

Our delivery system carries your business context, architecture, and product decisions - and automates coding process, letting developers focus on the core features.

/02
What It Involves

You bring the product vision - we handle architecture, engineering, and delivery. A small team powered by agentic system produces output that would normally require 2-2.5x the headcount.

We work in fixed-price sprints. Each sprint has a defined scope, a firm price, and a clear deliverable. You see working software at the end of every cycle, and approve each sprint before it starts. Adjust direction, scale up, or stop after any one.

/03
What You Get

Working Product. Your MVP, feature or core platform - regardless of the size it's built, tested (80%+ branch coverage), and ready for users.

Compounding Speed. Every sprint makes the next one faster, as our delivery system accumulates your context and gets better.

Zero Lock-in. No proprietary frameworks or designed dependency on us.

Why Streamlogic for product development

Smaller team, bigger output

Engineers work with systems that handle context loading, code generation, test development, and documentation. Throughput of a large team without the coordination overhead and extra payroll

Smarter every sprint

Traditional teams lose context between sprints. Our systems retain every decision, pattern, edge case. The longer we build, the better each sprint becomes.

Fixed price: no surprises

Every sprint scoped and priced before work begins. No hourly billing, no "we need another two weeks," or change-order games.

Built to hand off

Same as you hire your own engineers, we build on day one with minimum rewrite need in the future. Clean architecture, serious test coverage, useful documentation.

How Our Product Development Works

1
Days 1-3: Product Scoping
Break your vision into sprint-sized deliverables. Delivery roadmap, milestones, firm price for first sprint. No discovery phase that costs more than the build.
2
Weeks 1-3: Architecture & First Sprint
Infrastructure, architecture and first working increment. Deployed software within the first cycle.
3
Ongoing: Compounding Delivery
Each sprint ships working product. Each sprint compounds context. Delivery accelerates as context accumulates.
4
Launch or Handoff
Product ready - we help launch. Local team ready - we hand off documented, tested, maintainable codebase plus context artifacts that accelerate your team's onboarding.

FAQ

How is this different from traditional outsourcing?

Traditional teams rely on human memory - when people rotate, knowledge resets. Our pods pair engineers with systems that persist your business context and sprint history.

What does "80%+ branch coverage" mean?

At least 4 out of 5 decision paths covered by automated tests. Measured per feature, not repo-wide average.

What platforms and languages?

iOS (Swift/Kotlin), Android (Kotlin), web (TypeScript, React, Next.js), backend (Java, Python, Go, Spring, Django). Composition matches your sprint scope.

How is this priced?

Pay-per-Sprint, fixed price, 2-3 weeks each. Typical MVP: 3-6 sprints. Full roadmap and estimate after the scoping call, no pre-commitment from your side.

What if I change direction mid-build?

Built into the model. Each sprint is independently scoped. Between sprints, change anything - priorities, features, entire product direction. Never locked into a plan that stopped making sense.

How do you handle code security and data access?

Read-only repository access during onboarding. During delivery, we work through your existing access controls - your repos, branching permissions, CI pipeline. Brainflow system is deployed inside your infrastructure: no code leaves your perimeter. We operate within your security policies and can sign NDAs, DPAs, or custom security agreements before engagement starts. If you require SOC2-compatible practices, access logging, or specific compliance workflows - we accommodate them.

What happens when I hire my own team?

That's a successful outcome. Production codebase, full test coverage, real documentation, clean architecture. Your engineers continue building features.

What Our Clients Say

Before Streamlogic stepped in, our media pipeline was already efficient. Now it's exceptional. Their team embedded a system that adapts, learns, and scales with our production flow. What used to take hours now takes minutes. What used to slip through cracks now comes out polished. We've seen a measurable lift in both output volume and content quality.

As a design-led studio, our work lives in the details - textures, lighting, growth patterns. Before Streamlogic, visualizing complex botanical installations meant hours of manual prep and rendering. They built us an automation layer that feels almost magical: it pulls data from our planning tools and generates near-final visuals in a fraction of the time. We gained headspace. Now my team spends more time designing, less time chasing files. And for the level of quality they delivered, the investment was fair and smart.

In the legal field, precision, security, and responsiveness are the baseline. What impressed us most about the team at Streamlogic was their discipline, structure, and proactive style of work.
